Natalie is energetic, motivating and will be your biggest cheerleader throughout your health journey.
Focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, movement, self-care & sleep, Natalie fuses her education & background in Massage therapy to combine her different modalities and years of experience to educate and maximize her clients experience for the best results.
Natalie has been a Holistic Nutritionist since 2015, a certified yoga instructor since 2011, and a trained massage therapist since 2008.
After years of providing meal plans, supplement protocols & lifestyle recommendations, she realized clients didn't benefits from this approach.
Shifting gears and slowing things downs to help clients truly understand their body, tap into their wants & needs, understand their gut health, hormones, blood sugar and the importance of a healthy foundation with proper movement, was a critical step in clients seeing real results.
Natalie works with primarily women who want to have more energy, balanced moods, support their hormones, metabolic imbalances and want to alter their body composition.
She is the Co-Founder of The Stress-Less Method, a group coaching program designed to help women learn to recover from stress/burnout, support hormonal challenges, and learn how to support themselves through mindful movement and nutrition, challenge and change the negative self-narrative, and begin to love themselves again.
This is a 16-week program in which together we working toward creating the body, health and Mind set you want. You will be educated and guided on how to have a healthy, positive outlook on nutrition & movement, how to put yourself first and how to support your wants& needs for a healthy body & mind.

Stephanie carries an appreciation and sensitivity for life’s challenges, and her warmth invites trust and safety into the therapy room, allowing therapy conversations to be authentic, and evolving.
She recognizes the power of teaching people how to stay present through the practice of mindfulness, helping clients to gain new skills and ideas.
With a gentle and empathetic approach, Stephanie focuses on resiliency; she trusts its role in growth and positive change.
Stephanie has been a practicing Psychotherapist since 2014, and her clinical work has been based in a hospital setting, with a focus on the treatment of addiction and mental health related concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and eating disorders.
